  • The rates and offers provided on our website will be a negotiable┬árates and will not be change after final confirmation.
  • We have vendor base in bus services in all over Pune City so in case any changes of buses or any other vehicles in suddenly cases customer need to cooperate and in that case if customers seems like it is not adjustable then need to contact to our office immediately then our team will provide a necessary backup of another vehicles on priority basis, and if customer use the sent vehicle until end of trip and then makes complains about bus and other service related issues then we couldnt accepts and its need to clear on the spot where customer are facing inconvenience to serve you our service as you expect. Mostly this kind of issues happpens in late night pickups schedule because the vehicles are on another booking schedule.
  • We did not provide the vehicle availability on website, our website will be open 24/7 for online booking as well as for online payment. But, booking will not be confirmed until did not get the confirmation call from back office team with an booking confirmation email.
  • As usual every customer will get the notification email after every online booking but please note it’s not a confirmation email against that reservation, final confirmation will done once you get the call from back office team.
  • On phone booking, on whatsapp booking and email booking no need to get a final confirmation because after checking all details back office team do confirm the bookings.
  • Right Cabs have all rights to cancel any booking of any customers at any time, it will happens in very rare cases due to some unavoidable circumstances.
  • Mostly one way pickups and drops does includes the toll charges.
  • For every outstation round trips booking toll and parking and tax charges will be extra at actual.
  • One Way pickups drops charges are applicable for single pickup and single drop, extra pickup and drop will cost extra and it’s depends on our locations.
  • Day counting will be as date wise not based on hours.

Theft
  • In case any theft happens in journey, right cabs will not be responsible for the same, because every customer should keep their all luggage and those things which they have carried safely by them only.
  • In case any vehicle theft happens then Right Cabs will not be responsible but will support level best with respect to the lows to the vendor (vehicle owner).
  • Customer can not┬áblame on driver directly, if they have any doubt on driver then kindly contact in the Right Cabs office need to tell how you have a doubt on driver, them office will make all verification on this and will take the necessary action on the same.

Accident

In case any collision or accident occur while journey, then first our driver will report it to nearest police station and customer have to be co-operate in this situation, then every process will be legally as per laws of government and RTO. Right Cabs will do fully support to the customer and driver as well. Insurance will be given according to vehicle covered.

Forget The Luggage In Car After Drop

If any luggage like, mobile, specs, watch, etc, forgot in the car then if driver found it he will immediately submit that in the office and Right Cabs will do support at level best. If it does not appears in the car then driver and right cabs will not be responsible for the same. It is customer responsibility to keep his luggage safe and with them.
